Who is NTech Inc?
NTech Inc is a software engineering firm with offices in the United States and the European Union and engineering teams in India. It was founded by former senior delivery leaders to fix common offshore problems such as hidden junior teams and unclear ownership. NTech is a Snowflake partner and also provides offshore IT teams for other roles.
The problem was never offshore delivery itself
Distributed engineering works when ownership is clear and senior people stay involved after the contract is signed. It fails when the business model rewards margin over accountability.
NTech Inc was set up to do it differently: an architect near the client, named owners for every system, and engineering teams in India that grow only after quality is proven.
Today we focus on two things: Snowflake data platforms, where we are a Snowflake partner, and offshore IT teams from India for the roles our clients need.
