Delivery model
How we run offshore delivery: a named owner for every system
Offshore delivery usually fails for structural reasons: senior people sell the deal and junior people deliver it, decisions wait, and nobody owns the result. We built our model to close those gaps.

Quick answer
How does NTech run offshore delivery?
NTech uses a three-layer ownership model. A named principal architect in the US or Europe owns design decisions, senior system owners are accountable for each system and review every pull request, and delivery pods in India build the work. New pods are added only after quality and stability are proven, and India shifts overlap the client's working day.
Structure
Three layers, each with clear authority
Layer 1 sits near you. Layers 2 and 3 are mostly in India, with senior engineers who write code and review every change.
Time zones
Overlap by design
We agree shift times for every engagement. Questions get answered the same day, and the India team hands off progress before your afternoon.
- Daily standup inside the overlap window
- Written end-of-day handoff
- Escalation path to a senior engineer during your hours
